临床医护人员四种手卫生方法的效果监测

目的观察临床医护人员4种手卫生方法(肥皂流水洗手法、含抗菌成分洗手液洗手法、酒精消毒剂搓揉法和肥皂流水洗手加酒精搓揉法)的效果,选择最佳手卫生方法。方法采用现场采样检测方法,对某医院普通病区临床一线工作中的160名医护人员手卫生措施分组进行监测与比较分析。结果按规范的手卫生操作,该医院临床医护人员所选择的4种手卫生方法处理的手卫生质量合格率均比较高,其中以酒精消毒剂搓揉法和肥皂流水加酒精消毒剂揉搓法效果最好。结论该医院临床医护人员所采用的4种手卫生方法效果均比较好,但其中采用酒精消毒液搓揉法效果最可靠。

THE MONITORING OF CLEANING EFFECTS OF FOUR HAND HYGIENE METHODS FOR CLINICAL STAFF

Objective To observe the effects of four hand hygiene methods including soap and water hand-washing,hand washing with antibacterial ingredients,hand rubbing with alcohol disinfectant and soap and water hand-washing plus rubbing with alcohol so as to select the best method.Methods On the spot sampling was used to monitor and to analyze hand hygiene methods for 160 medical staff in general ward of the hospital.Results With standard hand hygiene practicing,the pass rates of these four hand hygiene methods were high and methods of hand rubbing with alcohol disinfectant and soap and water hand-washing plus rubbing with alcohol had better effects.Conclusion The cleaning effects of four hand hygiene methods adopted in our hospital are good and hand rubbing with alcohol disinfectant is the best.
