摘    要:目的 研究中脑网状结构损伤后猫EEG相对功率的动态变化,了解其与损伤程度和意识障碍之间的关系及意义。方法 用三 不同强度的直流电立体定向电解损毁加脑网状结构造成不同程度的损伤,动态监测猫意识的EEG相对功率的变化,研究其变化规律与中脑网状结构损伤和意识的关系。结果 中脑网状结构损伤后随着猫意识障碍的恶化与,猫EEG相对功率相应地发生变化,且与损伤程度和意识障碍变化有一致性。结论 中脑网状结构损伤后

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of relative EEC power in cats alter the midbrain reticular forma- lion injury, and to evaluate the relationship between severity ol injury and consciousness disturbances. Methods Tliree different intensities of direct current were used stereotaxically to make lesions in the midbrain reticular formation of the eats. The conscious status and EEC were monitored dynamically and the correlation belwcen the changes of EEC, consciousness and the severity of iriju- ries was then studied. Results Once the injuries occured iti midbrain reticular formation, the EEC relative power would be changed prompry Findings in this study demonstrated that changes of the relative EEC power had its own regularity after injury. The EEC power significantly changed in accordance with the severity of the lesions and the state of consciouoness. Conclusions The changes in relative EEC power may reflect the slate of consciousness and its progress after injury of the midbrain reticular forma- tion, thereby it is helpful to the clincial practice.
