白内障囊外摘除术治疗晶体溶解性青光眼

目的：探讨白内障囊外摘除治疗晶体溶解性静光眼的效果。方法：对4例晶体溶解性青光眼经控制眼压后行现代白内障囊外摘除术，采用信封式截囊。结果：所有病人手术顺利，后囊完整。术后视力恢复好眼压得到控制。随访8月至1.5年眼压均保持在正常范围，无须加用抗静光眼药物。最佳矫正视力均在0.2以上，所有病人在术及术后均无明显并发症发生。结论：白内障囊外摘除治疗晶体溶解性青光眼是安全有效的。

Treatment of phacolytic Glaucoma with Extracapsular cataract Extraction

Objective: To evaluate and investigate the effect of extracapsular cataract ext raction(ECCE)on phacolytic glaucoma.[WT5 HZ]Meth ods:4 eyes patients with phacolyt ic glau coma underwent ECCE with envelope capsul otomy after the intraocular pressure had been reduced medically.Result:All the p atients were operated successfully witho ut the rupture of posterior capsule intr aocular pressure(IOP)was controlled(IOP< 2.74kPa)in all of the patient without an y antiglaucoma medication,with a follow- up(range from8 to 18 months)remained a n ormal postoperative intraocular pressur e of less than 1.78kPa without any addit ional medical therapy.The fine best-corr ected visual acuity of 0.2 or better ach ieved.There was no significant intraoper ative and postoperative complication in any patient.Conclusion:The results show that ECCE is safe and efficacious in pat ients with phacolytic glaucoma.
