| 摘 要： | 目的 观察脑血栓形成病人血浆中ＴＦ、Ｆ－ＴＦＰＩ含量的变化，了解ＴＦ、Ｆ－ＴＦＰＩ的临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附测定法对２０例脑血栓形成病人及对照组分别进行了检测。结果 脑血栓形成组ＴＦ升高、Ｆ－ＴＦＰＩ降低，与对照组比较有显著差异。结论 ＴＦＰＩ作为一种新的抗凝物质用于临床前景广阔。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of TF and F-TFPI. Methods The levels of TF and F-TFPI in plasma were measured in 20 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 normal controls by ELISA. Results TF increased while F-TFPL decreased in cerebral infarction patient groups, there was significant difference(P< 0.01). Conclusion There is great potential for the clinical application of TF PI as a new anticoagulant. |
