显微外科技术在保留输卵管妊娠生育功能中的应用

目的 应用显微外科技术保留输卵管妊娠的生育功能，方法 应用显微外科技术，对28例输卵管峡部妊娠，做孕段输卵管切除，行端一端吻合术，25例输卵管壶腹部妊娠，未破裂采用挤压术，19例输卵管伞部妊娠，施行伞部成形术。结果 72例随访1-5年，怀孕率62.5%，效果理想，结论 显微外科技术保留输卵管生育功能是一个较理想的输卵管妊娠的手术方法。

Application of microsurgical technique in keeping childbearing function of uterine tube pregnancy

Objcetive To discuss the application of microsurgical techniquein keeping childbearing function of uterine tubel pregnancy．Methods Pregnant segments were removed and anastomosed in stump-to-stump with microsurgical thchnique in 28 cases with pregnancies in the isthmus．25 cases who had pregnancies in the ampulla without rupture were compressed from the tube．Fimbrioplasty were performed in 19 cases with pregnancies in the fimbria．Results 72 cases were followed up for 1～5 years．Pregnant rate was 62．2％ with ideal effect．Conclusion Microsurgical technique in keeping childbearing function of tubal pregnancy is a better operative method in tubal pregnancy．
