改良筋膜内子宫切除术

目的　探讨改良筋膜内子宫切除术的临床应用价值。　方法　借助腹腔镜全子宫切除 (CISH式 )的马达驱动宫颈组织粉碎器行筋膜内子宫切除术 (改良组 ) 78例 ,并随机抽取同期普通传统全子宫切除术 (普通组 ) 65例进行临床对照分析。　结果　比较手术时间、术中出血量、术后病率、性生活恢复时间 ,改良组明显优于传统组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　改良筋膜内子宫切除术能保证盆底结构的完整性 ,简化操作步骤 ,减少副损伤 ,最大限度地切除宫体及宫颈内的宫颈粘膜、腺体及间质 ,达到了尽可能维持盆底结构的完整性和切除宫颈粘膜、防止宫颈癌的目的 ,是较为理想的子宫切除术式。

Improved Intrafascial Hysterectomy

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of the improved intrafascial hysterectomy . Methods The intrafascial hysterectomy was done with motordrived constitutional powered (improved group) in 28 cases. It was compared with 65 cases underwent traditional hysterectomy (traditional group) at random. Result The volume of bleeding, shortening of the operation time, morbidity after the operation and the affection of sexual life in the improved group were significantly superior than that of the traditional group. Conclusion Improved intrafascial hysterectomy can maximally keep the integrity of the pelvic structure, simplify the operation maneuver and reduce the sidedamage. It can also maximally resect the uterine body, cervix, cervical mucous membrane, and the glands and interstitium. Its an ideal hysterectomy to achieve the purpose of treatment and prevent cervical cancer.
