补益阳明津气对初老雌性大鼠卵巢流式细胞双标百分比的影响

目的:探讨"补益阳明津气"延缓初老雌性大鼠卵巢机能衰老的机理.为促进绝经前期妇女健康,延缓绝经前期卵巢机能衰老,防治相关病证,提供一种新的研究与论治思路,并为研制相关方药提供药效学依据.方法:4～6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10～12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠作为初老大鼠模型.模型动物随机分为益胃汤高剂量组、益胃汤中剂量组、益胃汤低剂量组、己烯雌酚组、模型对照组、六味地黄丸组;灌药4周后,断头处死,取左侧卵巢检测卵巢流式细胞双标百分比.结果:与模型对照组比较,益胃汤可使卵巢流式细胞双标百分比降低.结论:实验研究提示,益胃汤具有抑制卵巢细胞凋亡的作用,这可能是其延缓卵巢机能衰老的机理之一.

Effect of Replenishing Functional Activities of the Body Fluid of The Yangming Channel on Double-Labeling Percentage of Ovary Flowcytes in the Initial Aging Female Rats

Objective:To probe into the mechanism of replenishing functio tivities of the body fluid of the Yangming Channel in delaying functional aging of ovary in the initial aging female rats.M:Female rats aged 4-6 months were used as normal control group,and the female rats aged 10-12 months with prolongation of estrus examined by colpocytology were used as the initial aging model.The model animals were randomly divided into 6 gro high dose Yiwei Decoction group,mid dose Yiwei Decoction group,low dose Yiwei Decoction group,diethylstilbestrol gro model control group,and Liuwei Dihuang Bolus group.After administration for 4 weeks,they were killed by decapitation,ft ovary was taken for detection of double-labeling percent of flowcytes of the ovary.Results:The double-labeling percent wcytes of the ovary decreased as compared with the model control group.Conclusion:The Yiwei Decoction has functio inhibiting apoptosis of ovary,which is possibly one of the mechanisms in delaying functional aging of the ovary.
