PKP术后椎体高度再丢失的临床研究进展

PKP是近十年来治疗OVCF里程碑式技术,是首选的微创手术方式,其疗效得到了广大医学工作者的认同。其中PKP在有效恢复椎体高度、矫正后凸畸形和防止骨水泥渗漏方面有优势。然而伴随对该技术的深入研究, 越来越多的研究显示PKP术后术椎高度发生再次丢失, 可导致腰痛复发、活动受限、脊柱畸形加重。很多学者研究了椎体高度再丢失原因以及从不同方面提出了防治PKP术后椎体高度再丢失的措施。现笔者从PKP术后椎体高度丢失原因及其术前、术中、术后的防治措施作一综述,为临床实践提供参考。

Clinical research progress of vertebral height reloss after PKP

PKP is a milestone technology in the treatment of OVCF in recent years, and is the preferred minimally invasive surgical method. Its efficacy has been recognized by the majority of medical workers. PKP has advantages in effectively restoring vertebral height, correcting kyphosis and preventing bone cement leakage. However, with the in-depth study of this technology, More and more studies have shown that the height of the vertebra may be lost again after PKP, which can lead to the recurrence of back pain, limited movement and aggravation of spinal deformity. Many scholars have studied the causes of vertebral height loss and put forward measures to prevent and treat it from different aspects. This paper summarizes the causes of vertebral height loss after PKP and the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative prevention and treatment measures, so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.
