| 摘 要： | 通过二个典型病例的分析,反映范炳华教授“症因相关,治因为先”的诊治思维在推拿临床的应用,揭示尾椎源性下腰痛的诊断思维,创新治疗方法。体现了范师在脊椎疾病的推拿诊治中独特的见解,展示了俯伏位肛指复位法的具体运用方法,值得临床学习和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of two typical cases, it reflects the application of Professor Fan Binghua''s diagnostic and therapeutic thinking of "cause-related, cause-first" in massage clinic, reveals the diagnostic thinking of lower back pain caused by coccygeal vertebra, and innovates the treatment methods. It embodies Fan Shi''s unique opinions in the diagnosis and treatment of vertebral diseases by massage, and shows the concrete application method of prone anal finger reduction method, which is worthy of clinical study and reference. |
