超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征及超声对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:应用低频和高频超声对临床怀疑的109例可疑阑尾炎进行右下腹和全腹检查,发现异常低回声包块,测量其大小,观察周边和内部回声情况,总结分析其声像图特点。结果:本组109例可疑病例中有81例为急性阑尾炎。超声明确诊断者69例,其中58例在我院手术,11例保守或去外院治疗;漏诊12例,急性阑尾炎的超声诊断正确率为85.2%。结论:超声对急性阑尾炎的直观显示可为临床提供客观的诊断依据。

Ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis

Objective ：To explore the diagnostic value and the features of ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods ： One hundred and nine patients suspected of appendicitis underwent abdominal examination on the right lower quadrant and whole region by low and high frequency ultrasound. The abnormal echo-level masses were measured for the size and examined for both adjacent region and inner echoes for analyzing the imaging features. Results： Of the 109 cases,81 were acute appendicitis and 69 were confirmed by uhrasound（85.2% ） and 12 were misdiagnosed. Conclusion：High frequency ultrasound can directly and clearly display the imaging features of acute appendicitis, so it may provide objective evidence for the diagnosis in clinic.
