综合疗法矫正大龄儿童弱视疗效观察

目的探讨大龄儿童弱视治疗的方法及疗效。方法 10-15岁弱视儿童62例（90眼）,运用综合疗法治疗弱视并观察治疗效果与年龄、弱视类型及弱视程度的关系。结果按年龄分组,10-12岁组50眼,基本痊愈35眼（70.00%）,13-15岁40眼,基本痊愈22眼（55.00%）,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不同程度弱视之间的疗效差异有非常显著意义（P〈0.01）;屈光不正性弱视疗效优于屈光参差性弱视和斜视性弱视（P〈0.01）。结论大龄弱视儿童,只要坚持治疗,大部分治疗有效。其疗效与年龄、弱视类型、弱视程度密切相关。

Combination therapy in older children with amblyopia

Objective To investigate Combination therapy of amblyopia in older children and its effect. Methods The total of 62 cases （90 eyes,aged from 10 to15） were selected at random from the patients with amblyopia and observed the relationship hetween the effect of Combination therapy with age, amblyopia type and amblyopia extent. Results 35 are recovered in 50 eyes （70.00%） in the group aged from 10 to 12 years old and 22 are recovered in 40 eyes （55.00%） in the group aged from 13 to 15 years old, statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. Distinct statistic difference was found among groups with different severity of amblyopia （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; ametropic amblyopia got better effect than anisometropic amblyopia and strabismic amblyopia （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Most amblyopia in older children can be cared with persistent treatment and the effect correlated with the type, severity and age.
