| 摘 要： | 近年来中药在防治脑缺血的基础研究方面显示了较好的疗效,本文按照中药功效的不同,分别补益类、活血类、清热类中药及其提取物抗脑缺血的实验研究概况进行了综述,指出应统一脑缺血动物模型制作标准,运用现代分子生物学手段,进行深层次的中药有效单体作用定位等方面的研究。

| Abstract: | Preclinical study in recent years showed that Chinese herbs have better efficacy in anti-cerebral ischemia. The article summarized the experimental study in anti-cerebral ischemia using Chinese herbs and its extractive according to their own efficacy such as tonification medicine, promoting blood flow medicine,resisting fever medicine,as well as indicated that animal model standard of cerebral ischemia should be unified and the traditional chinese medicine monomer should be studied by modern molecular biology. |
