急性肺脓肿的X线及CT诊断

目的 探讨急性肺脓肿的多种X线征象与CT表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾分析124例经临床证实的急性肺脓肿病例的X线及CT影像资料并加以总结。结果 急性肺脓肿主要表现为刁潮则斑片状浓密影，云团状高密度影，多发球形影，空洞及气液平面，含气囊肿，粟粒样小结节影及伴随以上病灶的胸膜增厚、胸腔积液等，其中空洞及气液平面，含气囊肿是其特征性表现。结论 X线摄影及CT检查是诊断急性肺脓肿的主要手段。

Diagnosis of acute pulmonary abscess with X - ray and CT

Objective To investigate X -ray signs and CT fin dings of acute pulmonary abscess and to evaluate their diagnostic val-ue.Methods The X -ray and CT data collected from 124patients with clinically proved a cute pulmonary abscess were summarized and ana-lyzed retrospectively.Results Main imaging findings of acute pulmo nary abscess were found to be dense ir regular patchy shadows,cloud -mass form high density shadows,mult iple spheroidal shadows,cavity formation with gas -fluid plane,contai ng gas cysts,millet like nodular shadows,pleular thickening and ple ural effusion.etc,of them,cavitie s with gas fluid plane and cysts conta ining gas were characteristic find-ings of acute pulmonary abscess.Conclusion X -ray and CT are important means to di agnose acute pulmonary abscess.[
