大肠癌介入化疗及栓塞治疗的临床研究

Clinical research of interventional chemotherapy andembolization in carcinoma of large intestine

Objective:To study the effects of interventional chemotherapy and embolization in carcinoma of large intestine.Methods:60 cases with Dukes C stage carcinoma of large intestine were treated with transcatheter intra_arterial perfusion chemotherapy and gelatin embolization before operation and tumor was excised two weeks later (interventional operation group).Other 52 cases of Dukes C stage carcinoma of large intestine which had been given traditional operation (traditional operation group) were selected to be compared with interventional operation group in operative hemorrhage,resectability rate,tumor cell necrotic rate,recurrence and metastasis.Results:Resectability rate was 83.3%(50/60) in interventional operation group compared to 62%(32/52) in traditional operation group.Operative hemorrhage was much less in interventional operation group (P<0.05).Effective tumor cell necrotic rate was much higher in interventional operation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional chemotherapy and embolization therapy could obstruct tumor blood supply,accelerate the ischemic necrosis of tumor cells,reduce operative hemorrhage,enhance resectability rate,decrease post_operation recurrence and distant metastasis.
