子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术后性心理障碍研究

目的 :对子宫肌瘤患者手术后性心理障碍及相关因素进行探讨。方法 :对 12 8例子宫肌瘤患者收集病史资料 ,同时采用自制问卷对患者进行调查。结果 :6 1 7%的患者术后对性生活有明显的焦虑和抑郁心理 ,其中术时年龄 <5 0岁患者性心理异常发生率较高 ;阴道干燥、阴道变短、女性角色淡化、焦虑、疼痛等症在术后半年内发生率最高 ;术后性生活的恢复时间与年龄相关 ,年龄越轻 ,性生活恢复越快。性生活的恢复与心理治疗有密切的关系。结论 :进行心理治疗 ,促进性功能恢复是治疗子宫肌瘤术后病人的重要组成部分。

The Study of Psychosexual Obstacles in the Patients ofTotal Hysterectomy

Objective:To study the psychosexual obstacles and related factors in the patients with myoma of uterus post hysterectomy.Methods:Data of 128 patients was collected and their answers to our self made qustionaire thered.Results:79 of 128 cases(61.7%)of uterine fibroids significantly get anxiety and depression about sexual intercourse. In this group,there was a high occurrence rate of psychosexual abnormality in those under the age of 50.There was a high occurrence rate of shortened vagina,apathetic female role anxiety, ache and so on within half a year post hysterectomy.The time of restored sexual intercourse was related to age;the smaller the age was,the earlier sexual intercourse was restored .The restoration of sexual intercourse was closely related to psychotherapy.Conclusion:To conduct psychotherapy and promote the recovery of sexual function was an important part of our treatment with patients with uterine fibroids post hysterectomy.
