记忆合金支架治疗食管贲门部恶性狭窄和食管气管瘘18例

目的:探讨国产记忆合金支架治疗食管贲门部恶性狭窄和食管气管瘘的临床疗效。方法:本组18例全部采用内镜下支架置入法,食管贲门癌10例,食管贲门癌术后复发伴狭窄7例,食管癌狭窄伴食管气管瘘1例。结果:支架置入均一次成功,置架前后进食困难分级由1.28升至2.45,P<0.01。13例平均生存10.8个月,5例仍在随访中,1例食管气管瘘堵瘘成功。结论:食管金属支架能有效治疗食管贲门部恶性狭窄和食管气管瘘,提高生活质量,是治疗食管贲门部恶性狭窄和食管气管瘘有效的姑息方法。

Clinical analysis on treatment of esophago - cardiac malignant stricture and esophago - tracheal fistula with memory alloy support

Objective:To explore the efficacy of treatment of esophago-cardia c m alignant stricture and esophago-tracheal fistula with memory alloy support.Metho ds:18patients were included with support insertion under gastro-endoscopy,10wer e esophago-cardiac carcinoma,7were relapse with stricture after operation of es ophago-cardiac carcinoma,one was stricture of esophagus carcinoma with esophago -tracheal fistula.Results:The grade of food-intake difficulties increased from1. 28to2.45(P<0.01).Mean survival time in13patients was10.8months,5patients were under follow-up,bunging fistula was successful in one esophago-tracheal fistul a.Conclusion:Memory alloy support of esophagus might effectively treat esophago- cardiac malignant stricture and esophago-tracheal fistula,and that might raise t he quality of life.It is an effective palliative method in the treatment of esop hago-cardiac malignant stricture and esophago-tracheal fistula.
