Abstract: | Considerable potentiation of antiarrhythmic and antifibrilation effects of two cardiotonic agents, Suphan and the Na-channel
blocker L1, was found in the model experimentsin vivo with early occlusion and reperfusion arrhythmias. Suphan in combination with L1 inhibited the rise of intracellular Ca2+ (by about 70%) in isolated cardiomyocytes incubated under hypoxic conditions.
