阿魏酸钠微孔渗透泵片的体内药动学与生物利用度

摘    要: 目的研究阿魏酸钠微孔渗透泵片在Beagle犬体内的药动学。方法以阿魏酸钠普通片为对照,应用HPLC测定血药浓度。结果阿魏酸钠微孔渗透泵片和普通片的tmax分别为(4.833±0.725)和(1.000±0)h,t1/2分别为(12.892±2.879)和(5.824±1.659)h,ρmax分别为(2.227±0.583)和(12.942±1.568)mg·L-1。相对生物利用度为98.4%。结论阿魏酸钠微孔渗透泵片血药浓度平稳,可较长时间保持血药浓度。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of Sodium Ferulate porosity osmotic pump tablets in beagle dogs.METHODS With sodium ferulate conventional tablets as reference,sodium ferulate concent-ration was determined by HPLC.RESULTS Main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: tmax(4.833±0.725) and(1.000±0)h,t1/2(12.892±2.879)and(5.824±1.659)h,ρmax(2.227±0.583) and(12.942±1.568)mg·L-1,for sodium ferulate porosity osmotic pump tablets and reference tablets,respectively.Relative bioavailability was 98.4%.CONCLUSION Plasma concentrations of sodium ferulate porosity osmotic pump tablets are constant and effective plasma drug concent-ration is kept for a long time.
