| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨对白及胶提取的影响因素,确定适宜的提取条件。方法 以白及胶提取得率为指标进行正交试验设计,考察对白及胶提取得率的影响因素。结果 最佳提取工艺为采用 10目粗颗粒、提取 3次,采用 80 %乙醇沉淀。结论 为提取白及胶确定了稳定可行的工艺。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the influence of factors on the extract of Bletilla striat a and opt imize the extract technique of Bletilla striata gum.Methods The orthogonal d esign was adopted and the optimal extract technique was decided according to the extract rate of Bletilla striata gum.Resu lts The o ptimal extract technique is as follows:10 mesh of herb partical size,3 times of extract and 80% ethanol as precipitating agent.Conlusion The above memtioned extract technique is stabile and feasible in extract of Bletilla striata gum. |
