老年中低位直肠癌的外科治疗(附29例分析)

自1985年至1995年间，收治直肠癌125例，其中老年中低位直肠癌29例，全部手术治疗。本文根据老年中低位直肠癌的临床特点，认为对此类病例的外科治疗应突出以下三点：①手术要以根治性切除为主。②扩大保肛手术的指征不影响此类病例的治疗效果。③故息性手术治疗效果优于其他年龄组直肠和上段直肠癌。

Surgical Treatment of Mid-and Lower-Rectal Cancer in Aged Patients

From 1985 to 1995,a total of 125 cases of metal cancer were dritted and ed.Twenty nine ofthem were aged Patients with mid-and lower-rectal cancer. Allthe cases were surgically treated. Accordingto the clinical charactoristics of the mid-and lower-rectal cancer in aged Patients, in the surgical treat-ment, three aspets showed be emphasized: 1. Take radical operation as the dominant factor. 2. Enlarge theindicationdson of the operation for the Protection of the anus so as not to the measure extendly effect the treat-ment. 3. The effect of palliative surgical treatment should be Superior to that of the treatment of upper andother aged rectal cancer.
