| 摘 要： | 目的观察透刺加脉冲与中药并用治疗肿瘤患者顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将141例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组74例，施行透刺加脉冲与中药并用治疗：对照组67例，施行西药安慰解痉法治疗，均治疗5次，进行评价其临床疗效，并且半个月后随访，了解患者有无复发情况。结果两组治疗疗程结束后之间比较，治疗组在临床治愈和总有效率上明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．025）。结论透刺加脉冲与中药并用是治疗肿瘤患者顽固性呃逆的有效方法。
