经直肠超声对前列腺外腺低回声病灶的鉴别诊断

目的 探讨经直肠超声（ＴＲＵＳ）对前列腺外腺低咽声病灶的鉴别诊断意义及其特点。方法 经ＴＲＵＳ发现周边区低回声病灶共１３４例，均经ＴＲＵＳ引导下活检获得病理结果，比较良，恶性病变的声像图特点。结果 前列腺外腺低回声恶性病变的特点包括外腺对称性消失，病灶边界模糊，累及前列腺包膜等。结论 ＴＲＵＳ检查前列腺外腺低回声病灶有助于鉴别诊断，有利于提高前列腺活检的效率。

The differential diagnosis of hypoechoic lesion in outer gland of prostate

Objective To evaluate the value of TRUS in differential diagnosis of hypoechoic lesion in outer gland of the prostate.Methods Pathologic results of 134 hypoechoic lesions of outer gland of the prostate were obtained by TRUS guided biopsy,and the sonographic findings of the lesion were compared between benign and malignant groups.Results The significant sonographic findings of hypoechoic malignancy of prostate outer gland include symmetry disappearance of the prostate outer gland,poorly definde lesion margin and the irregulation of the prostate capsule.Conclusions The sonographic findings of the hypoechoic lesions showed by TRUS are helpful in differential diagnosis and in increasing the efficiency of prostate biopsy.
