血清降钙素原检测对新生儿败血症的临床诊断价值及分析

目的 探索血清降钙素原检测对新生儿败血症的临床诊断价值.方法 半定量固相免疫层析测定法检测46例新生儿败血症及两个对照组,组一:20例足月健康新生儿,组二:20例非细菌感染性疾病新生儿血清降钙素原水平(PCT).结果 46例新生儿败血症组血清PCT水平有26例＞0.5 ng/ml,10例＞2.0 ng/ml,7例＞10 ng/ml阳性率达93.49%.其它两对照组各仅1例PCT水平＞0.5 ng/m1,阳性率为0.05%,相对比有显著性差异.结论 血清降钙素原可作为一项快速有效诊断和评估病情的检测指标.

Analysis of serun procalcitonin and its signlficance in neonates with bacteriotoxemia

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin in neonates with bacteriotoxemia.Methods Serum procalcitonin was determined for 46 neonates with bacteriotoxemia and 40 control individuals including 20 healthy neonates and 20 neonate cases without bacteriotoxemia.Results Among 46 neonates with bacteriotoxemia,26 individuals had serum procalcitonin concentrations more than 0.5 ng/ml,10 individuals had serum procalcitonin concentrations more than 2.0 ng/ml,and 7 individuals had serum procalcitonin concentrations more than 10 ng/ml.Only one neonate had serum procalcitonin concentrations more than 0.5 ng/ml in the control groups.93.49% of neonates with bacteriotoxemia had serum procalcitonin concentrations more than 0.5 ng/ml,only 5% of individuals had serum procalcitonin concentrations more than 0.5 ng/ml in the control groups.The difference of serum procalcitonin concentrations was significant for neonates with bacteriotoxemia(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum procalcitonin could be used as a rapid diagnostic marker for neonates with bacteriotoxemia,and it can also evaluate infection for patients.
