| 摘 要： | 通过研究盐酸小蘖碱（BC）对细菌脂多糖（LPS）诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）与粒性白细胞（HL-60）粘附的影响探讨盐酸小蘖碱的抗炎作用机制。结果，盐酸小蘖碱与LPS共同处理HUVEC时，能明显降低LPS诱导的HUVEC与HL-60的粘附，可能是BC抗炎作用机制之一。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of Berberine chloride on LPS induced adhesion of human leucocyte(HL-60)with human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) was studied. The result showed that berberine chloride could inhibit the adhesion of HUVEC with HL-60 induced by LPS,which might be correlated to the anti inflammation mechanisms of berberin chloride. |
