临床法罗培南钠片与头孢呋辛酯片治疗呼吸道细菌性感染135例

目的：评价国产法罗培南钠片治疗呼吸道细菌性感染的有效性及安全性。方法：采用多中心随机双盲对照临床试验设计，选用135例患者随机分配到试验组（67例，服法罗培南钠片）和对照组（68例，服头孢呋辛酯），给药方案均为每次1片，口服，tid，疗程为6～14d。结果：试验组与对照组的痊愈率分别为73．13％和77．94％（P=0．5272），有效率分别为98．51％和97．06％（P=0．5796），细菌阳性率分别为83．58％与75．00％，细菌清除率分别为98．21％与98．04％（P=0．6933），不良反应发生率分别为7．35％与5．80％（P=0．7445）。结论：法罗培南钠片是治疗呼吸道细菌感染的有效和安全的药物。

A randomized, double-blind and parallel control clinical study to evaluate faropenem sodium tablets versus cefuroxime axetil tablets in the treatment of respiratory bacterial infections

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of faropenem sodium tablets in the treatment of respiratory bacterial infections.Methods: A randomized,multi-center,double-blind and parallel control clinical study recruited 135 patients with respiratory infections,who randomly received faropenem sodium tablets(n=67) or cefuroxime axetil tablets(n=68) once and three times a day for 6 to 14 days.Results: The patients received faropenem and cefuroxime regimen showed a cure rate of 73.13% vs.77.94%,the effective rate of 98.51% vs.97.06%,a bacterial eradication rate of 98.21% vs.98.04% and incidence rate of adverse events of 7.35% and 5.80%; the P values showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Faropenem sodium tablets offered an effective and safe therapeutic option for patients with respiratory bacterial infections.
