中脑周围非动脉瘤性出血的临床分析

目的 探讨中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（PNSH）的病因、临床特点和预后。方法 回顾对比分析21例PNSH及50例DSA阳性的蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）临床资料。结果PNSH伴有高血压比例高而头痛相对较轻，脑神经损害、出血最较少，再出血率、脑积水等并发症较少。结论PNSH临床表现不典型，症状似对较轻，预后较好。

The clinical characteristics in patients suffered from perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

Ohjeetive To investigate the etiology, the clinical characteristics and prognosis in patients suffered from perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Tbe clinical materials in 21cases of perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and 50 cases of patients with abnomal results were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients of pcrimcscncephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage had more hypcrtension, but they had mild headache, less cranial nerve influence, and hemorrhage amount. Their complications such as rehemorrhage and hydrocephalus were rare. Conclusion The symptom in patients suffered from with pcrimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage is slighter and untypical, easy to be misdiagnosed, and the prognosis is better.
