肝硬化门脉高压功能亢进脾自体脾片移植的研究

探讨肝硬化，门脉高压，脾功能亢进时机体免疫功能的脾滤血功能以及脾切除自体脾片移植后，这些功能的变化，方法通过检测脾切除前后外周血的Ｔ细胞亚群、克疫球蛋白、痘痕红细胞，并用同位素＾９９ｍＴｃ扫描的方法，了解脾片成活和功能的恢复。

Study of splenic autotransplantation on hypersplenism in patient with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension

Objective The function of immune and blood filtering were studied on hypersplenism in patient with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Meanwhile, after splenectomy and splenic autotransplantation, these parameters also were studied.Methods T cell subsets(CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8) and immunoglobulin (IgM, IgA, IgG) and pocked red cells were measured in the peripheral blood. Meanwhile, the growth and splenic function of splenic slices were measured by 99m Tc scanning. Results CD + 3 CD + 4 CD + 8 and IgM were lower after splenectomy in the peripheral blood. Meanwhile the pocked red cells was higher. CD + 3 CD + 4 CD + 8 and IgM were higher after splenic autotransplantation in the peripheral blood. Meanwhile the pocked red cells was lower. Conclusion It indicate that there are the disorders of immune in patient with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension, after splenectomy the disorders are severer, blood filtering is lower. Splenic autotransplantation would help restoring these functions.
