复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗原发性干燥综合征的疗效。方法:68例原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采用羟氯喹、必嗽平、人工泪液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷注射液,疗程均为4wk。结果:治疗4wk后,2组患者免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)、血沉、类风湿因子均较治疗前有所下降,Schimer试验、唾液流率等各指标有所改善,而治疗组各指标改善较对照组明显(P<0.05),临床疗效治疗组(88.89%)优于对照组(71.88%)(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗原发性干燥综合征疗效显著,不良反应少。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effects of compound glycyrrhizin injection in treatment of primary sjogren syndrome(PSS).METHODS:68 patients with PSS were randomized into the treatment group and control group,and treated for 4wk with hydroxypiperaquine,bromhexine and carmellose.The treatment group also received compound glycyrrhizin injection in addition to the three agents for the control group.RESULTS:After treatment for 4wk,both groups saw some declines in IgG,IgM,IgA,ESR and RF,and improvement in indicators such as schemer test and saliva flow rate,with the treatment group showing more significant improvement than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had higher curative effect(88.89%)than the control group(71.88%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Compound glycyrrhizin injection has obvious curative effect,with little adverse reaction,in treatment of primary sjogren syndrome.
