| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抑癌基因P33ING1在宫颈癌中表达的临床意义及其与P53相互关系. 方法:应用Envision免疫组化法检测宫颈癌50例,宫颈不典型增生15例患者P33ING1和P53基因蛋白的表达,并与正常宫颈及宫颈炎组20例进行对照. 结果:对照组及宫颈不典型增生组织中P33ING1均呈阳性表达(100%),而宫颈癌组中表达率明显下降62.0%,与前两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01);且宫颈癌组中P33ING1表达与肿瘤、淋巴结转移及分化有关(P<0.01). 结论:宫颈癌组织P33ING1表达明显下降,并与P53蛋白的表达呈负相关.

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the clinical signification of P 33ING1 in carcinoma of cervix and the relationship between P 33ING1 and P 53. METHODS: Using envision immunohisto chemical method, the expression level of P 33ING1 and P 53 was examined in 50 cases of cervix cancer, 15 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) group and 20 cases of control group. RESULTS: P 33ING1 expression in CIN group and control group was positive (100%) and the expression in cervix cancer group was significantly lower (62.0%) than that in the other groups (P<0.01). P 33ING1 expression in cervix cancer was related to the lymphnode metastasis and tumor polarization (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: P 33ING1 expression in cervix cancer is low and P33ING1 is related to P53 expression in cervix cancer. |
