| 摘 要： | 消渴病由于素体阴虚、饮食不节、复因情志失调、劳郁过度所致。护理过程包括生理、心理、精神、营养四肢、运动疗法、饮食指导,其中运动疗法配合饮食治疗有助于控制热量摄入和消耗,以实现最佳的血糖控制,保持身心健康。

| Abstract: | The diabets is mostly besause of ferrrite dificiency, diet, recovery for emotional disorders and exedssive babor. Nursing process included in physical, mental,spiritual,nurtitional limbs,physical therapy and dietary guidance. And exercise therapy combined with diet therapy thich helps to control caloricintake and con- sumption. The objective is to achieve optimal glycemic control and stay healthy. |
