| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。方法:所有研究对象均检测血清CRP,比较两组间检测指标的水平差异并进行相关分析。结果:CHD组血清CRP水平较非CHD组明显升高(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论:老年CHD患者CRP水平明显增高,提示在老年CHD患者中存在冠状动脉粥样硬化的炎症改变。CRP检测结果在老年患者的冠心病诊断、病情评判中有确实意义的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of Creactive protein(CRP)in the senile patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The level of serum CRP in all subjects were detected,the differents in detected index between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The level of serum CRP in CHD group was markedly higher than that in non-CHD group,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increased CRP in senile patients with CHD suggests that inflammation involved in the coronary sclerosis The detection in CRP is valuable in the diagnosis of CHD and evaluation in conditions. |
