| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍肝门部胆管癌的治疗进展动态。方法 复习相关文献并作综述性报道。结果 扩大根治切除、新辅助放疗化疗、原位肝移植、光动力学治疗和分子放化疗均能有效地提高患者的生存率。结论 肝门部胆管癌的治疗仍是以手术切除为主的综合治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the development of therapy of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods This summarization paper was made on the literatures review. Results Extended radical resection, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, orthotopic liver transplantation, photodynamic therapy and molecular chemoradiotherapy might improve the survival rate. Conclusions Surgical resection combined with other theraputic methods is the main treatment for hilar cholangiocarcinoma. |
