SARS合并骨质损害治疗初探

摘    要:重症急性呼吸系统综合征(SARS)患者后期并发有程度不等的骨质损害,其中以股骨头的表现最为突出。论述造成骨质损害的主要原因,并以中医整体观念及辨证论治思想为指导,倡导以口服药物为主,外敷、理疗、针灸、按摩为辅,配合肢体功能锻炼,实现多种手段综合治疗。

Abstract:The patients with Severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS),might be complicated with a greater or less degree of osseous damage,in which femoral head injury was the commonest.The main reasons resulting in osseous damage were decribed in this article .The author preferred that combination treatment with multiple methods must be carried out guiding by wholistic sence of TCM and treating disease with syndrome differentiation,giving oral medicine as the main therapy associated with application compress, physiotherapy,acupuncture and moxibustion ,massage,limbs functional exercises.
