连续性肾脏替代治疗在产科急性肾功能衰竭及多器官功能障碍综合征中的应用

目的：评估连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在产科急性肾功能衰竭和多器官功能障碍综合征作用和疗效。方法：回顾性分析16例产科急性肾功能衰竭患者36例次CRRT治疗的临床资料，观察患者治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、电解质和血气的变化及血压、心率的改变。结果：治愈13例，死亡3例。结论：连续性肾脏替代治疗能有效纠正产科急性肾功能衰竭患者液体平衡、纠正酸中毒和电解质紊乱，治疗中血流动力学稳定，适用于产科急性肾衰及多器官功能障碍综合征患者。

A Clinical Study of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Acute Renal Failure and Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

Objective:To study the clinical effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) in the treatment of pregnant complicating with severe acute renal failure(ARF) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods:The clinic information of patients was retrospectively analysed:Sixteen patients were treated with CRRT,including 10 cases with continuous venous-venous hemofiltration(CVVH),6 cases with continuous venous-venous hemodiafiltration(CVVHDF).Results:Thirteen patients survived and three died.Electrolue and acid-base balance were maintained effectively in all patients.Conclusion:CRRT is effective for pregnant complicating with severe ARF and MODS with excellent hemodynamic stability,and make it possible for the treatment of underlying disease and total paraenterol nutrition therapy therefore improves the prognosis.
