| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服小剂量安定片治疗Wallenberg综合征所致顽固性呃逆的疗效及安全性。方法82例入组病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用口服安定片治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。结果治疗组顽固性呃逆症状的控制明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且无明显不良反应。结论口服小剂量安定片治疗Wallenberg综合征所致顽固性呃逆疗效显著,疗程短,安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of oral diazepam tablet treating intractable hiccup caused by Wallenberg symptom.Methods 82 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Treatment group was adopted oral diazepam tablet.Control group was adopted conventionally treatment.The curative effect analysis was carried on retrospectively.Results Treatment group of intractable hiccup symptom controlling was better than that of control group(P<0.01) There was no evident adverse reactions in treatment group.Conclusion Oral small dose diazepam tablet has evident curative effect,short period of treatment and good security curing Wallenberg syndrome bring on intractable hiccup. |
