摘    要:目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对冠心病患者血脂水平的影响.方法 应用醇联免疫吸附试验法测定冠心病患者(242例)和非冠心病患者(88例)血清Hp抗体(Hp IgG),比较两组Hp IgG阳性率;检测冠心痛患者血TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A(APOA)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)等指标,并对HpIgG阳性组和Hp IgG阴性组进行对比分析.结果 冠心病组血清Hp IgG阳性率明显高于非冠心病组(53.3%与38.6%,P<0.05);冠心病患者Hp IgG阳性组HDL-C、APOA均明显低于Hp IgG阴性组(均P<0.05),而两组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 Hp感染与冠心病发病有关,可能通过降低HDL-C水平促进冠心痛的发生和发展. 冠心痛患者血TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A(APOA)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)等指标,并对HpIgG阳性组和Hp IgG阴性组进行对比分析.结果 冠心病组血清Hp IgG阳性率明显高于非冠心病组(53.3%与38.6%,P<0.05);冠心病患者Hp IgG阳性组HDL-C、APOA均明显低于H IgG阴性组(均P<0.05),而两组血清TC、TG、LDL-C

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Helicohacter pylori infection on plasma lipid levels. Methods HpIgG was measured by ELISA in both 242 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 88 subjects without CHD, and compared between these two groups. Then 242 patients with CHD were divided into HpIgG positive group and HpIgG negative group ,and total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,high density lipaprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein A (ApoA) , apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were analyzed and compared between these two subgroups. Results The rate of seropositivity for HpIgG in CHD patients was significantly higher than that of controls (53.3 % vs. 38.6 %, P < 0.05), and HDL, ApoA level in HplgG seropasitive group was signif-icantly lower than that of HpIgG seronegative one (P < 0.05). However, there was no difference of TC, TC, LDL and ApoB between these two subgroups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Hp infection may be associated with CHD. It may pro-mote the pathogenesis of CHD through lowering serum HDL-C level.
