| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨检测胰液中端粒酶逆转录酶 (hTERT)mRNA表达和端粒酶活性对胰腺癌的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 对比分析 2 4例胰腺癌和 14例慢性胰腺炎患者胰液中的hTERTmRNA和端粒酶活性的检测结果。结果 hTERTmRNA在胰腺癌中表达阳性率为 87.5 % ( 2 1/ 2 4) ;慢性胰腺炎中阳性率为 2 1.4% ( 3 / 14 ) (P <0 .0 0 1)。胰腺癌与慢性胰腺炎胰液中端粒酶阳性检出率分别为83 .3 % ( 2 0 / 2 4) ,2 8.6% ( 4 / 14 ) (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 胰液中检测hTERTmRNA表达和端粒酶活性对胰腺癌诊断与鉴别诊断有一定价值。
