左旋氧氟沙星在呼吸系统感染患者中的药代动力学研究

摘    要: 目的:研究左旋氧氟沙星口服给药后在呼吸系统感染患者中的药代动力学特性?方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定血清中左旋氧氟沙星浓度;以3P87药代动力学程序处理数据?结果:在8例患者中的研究表明,左旋氧氟沙星在呼吸系统感染患者中的消除半衰期明显大于国内外研究报道的健康受试者的消除半衰期(P<0.01),其血药浓度达峰时间与国内外报道相近,峰浓度与国外研究结果相近,而低于国内在健康者中的研究结果(P<0.01)。结论:呼吸系统感染患者服用左旋氧氟沙星时,应注意控制给药剂量及给药间隔,特别对于肾功低下患者,防止出现不良反应。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics of levofloxacin (LVFX) in patients with respiratory tract infections by given 200mg orally in 8 patients.METHOD:Concentrations of levofloxacin in serum were messured by high pressure liquid chromatography.The pharmacokinetic parameters were computed using 3P87 program.RESULTS:The results showed that the elimination half life of LVFX in patients with respiratory tract infections in China was longer than that in healthy volunteers reported by Chinese researchers and by foreign researchers ( P <0.01).Values of peak time of LVFX were similar with those reported by foreign researchers and by Chinese researchers;Values of maximal concentrations of LVFX in serum were similar with those reported by foreign research workers,but lower than those in healthy volunteers reported by Chinese research workers ( P <0.01).CONCLUSION:According to our study,dosage and internal time of LVFX in patients with respiratory tract infections especially in patients with renal insufficiency in China would be controlled,to avoid adverse reactions.
