| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氧丙嗪和思瑞康对血清催乳素及子宫内膜的影响及意义。方法对52例女性初发精神分裂症患者在两种药物治疗前、治疗后2周、4周分别检测血清催乳素水平并作B超探测子宫内膜厚度，比较两组结果的差异。结果氯丙嗪组在用药后2周、4周血清催乳素水平逐渐升高且子宫内膜明显增厚，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；与思瑞康相比，疗后2周、4周分别也具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论非高度选择性D2受体的新型抗精神病药优于传统抗精神病药，具有良好的服药依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effects of chlorpromazine and se rognel on the plasma levels of prolatin (PRL) and the endometrium thick. Methods Fifty-two p atients with first-episode schizophrenia were tested plasma levels of PRL, and m ade B-ultrasonic wave for endometrium thick, before treatment and after 2, 4-w ee k with two kinds of drugs respectively. Results There were signif icantly differ ences of plasma PRL and endometrium thick after 2, 4-week treatment between two groups (P<0.05); in chlorpromazine group, there were significant increase of pla sma PRL after 2, 4-week treatment (P<0.05), no significant defference in serogn e l group (P>0.05).Conclusion Atypical antipsychotics were superior to typical ones on compliance. |
