临床用药安全的影响因素与风险防范

目的:分析影响用药安全的主要因素,总结规避用药风险的防范措施.方法:通过文献复习,分析归纳影响用药安全的主要因素,提炼汇总防范用药风险的有效措施.结果:影响用药安全的主要风险因素及其发生特点为:药品自身作用表现为散发的药品不良反应,药品质量问题、不合理用药与用药错误表现为群发、频发的药物不良事件.结论:深入开展药品不良反应监测工作、通过药品再评价强化药品质量监管、借助系统化改善措施防范用药错误发生,能够切实提高合理用药水平、规避用药风险.

Influencing factor and risk prevention of clinical safe medication

Objective： To analyze the main influencing factors of clinical safe medication,and summarize the measures of precaution in evading medication risks.Methods： The main influencing factors of clinical safe medication were analyzed,and the effective measures used for evading medication risk were summarized through literature review.Results： The main influencing factors of safe medication were drug reaction which was characterized by sporadic adverse drug reaction,and poor quality of drug,irrational drug use and medication error characterized by frequent or mass adverse drug events.Conclusion： The extent of rational drug use would be improved by further monitoring adverse drug reactions,supervising drug quality by drug revaluation,and taking systematic precaution against occurrence of medication error.
