心电信息管理系统的设计与应用

目的:心电图检查是临床诊断上最常用的方法之一,心电信息管理系统主要应用于电生理检查部门,实现心电图的采集、存储、诊断、管理,并与医院HIS系统相连接,使心电图检查真正融入到全院的信息化建设中,并最终实现医疗信息共享的目标。方法:以日本光电cardioNet心电信息管理在山西省大同第五人民医院成功实施并投入运行为例,介绍心电信息管理系统的设计和应用,并就未来的发展趋势进行探讨。结果:对医院的心电检查信息化决策和心电信息管理系统的进一步发展均具有一定的参考意义。结论:医院在成功实施应用了光电cardioNet以后,真正实现了心电检查的信息化,为患者、医院、社会等多方带来诸多便利。信息化建设为心电学的研究与进步提供了技术支持与保障,提高了经济效益和社会效益。

Design and application of ECG information system

Objective：ECG examination is one of the most widely used routine examinations.The ECG information system is mainly used for collection and storage of ECG for diagnosis and management.Meanwhile,it is connected with HIS to achieve the goal of information sharing in the hospital.Methods：This paper takes the application of the cardioNet ECG information system of Nihon Kohden Co.for instance to introduce the design,application and developing trends of ECG information system.Results：It has important significance in informatization decision of ECG examination and development of the ECG information.Conclusion：After the successful application of cardioNet,the hospital has realized the ECG informatization,which brings convenience for patients,hospitals and society etc.Informatization provides technical support and guarantee for cardiology to promote economic and social benefits.
