呋喃西林溶液致皮肤过敏

1例29岁低钾血症合并化脓性扁桃体炎的男性患者,应用1∶5000呋喃西林溶液漱口,10 mL/次,漱口2次共约20mL后,感觉眼睑部不适,有水样感,伴面部潮红,瘙痒,随后面颈部及双上肢出现散在红色皮疹,考虑是由呋喃西林溶液引起的过敏反应,遂停药,并给予氯雷他定分散片( 10mg,qd),酮替芬片(1mg,bid),及阿奇霉素(500 mg,qd)抗炎治疗.经治疗5d后,患者咽部疼痛较前明显好转,过敏症状消退,复查血象正常,未再发热.

Skin allergies induced by furacillin solution

One 29-year-old hypokalemia male patient with tonsilliti received 20 mL of 1：5000 furacillin solution. The patient developed eye discomfort with a sense of water, facial flushing, itch and then red rashes scattered in facial, neck and upper limbs. Furacillin solution was withdrawn and loratadine dispersible tablets （10 mg, qd）, ketotifen fumarate tablets（1 mg, bid）, azithromycin （500 mg, qd） were given. Five days later, the patient recovered.
