医院药学经济激励的信息化管理系统研发与应用

目的:完善药学管理中的激励机制,优化人力资源管理,提高药学服务质量.方法:利用信息化手段建立操作简便、指标明确、统计功能完备的多层级经济激励管理系统,辅助落实医院药学绩效考核机制.结果:该系统的应用,使奖励分配在3～5个工作日内完成,通过图表清晰展现分配细节,完整保存管理原始数据,实现经济激励多层级管理.结论:经济激励信息化管理系统的建立作为医院药学部门规范管理、高效运转的重要部分,切实起到激励员工、提高药学服务质量的作用.

The establishment and application of information-based system of economic incentives in hospital pharmacy management

Objective： To improve the incentive mechanism in pharmacy management,optimize human resources management,and improve pharmacy service quality.Methods： Convenient and multi-level economic incentive management system,which had identified index and good statistical abilities,were established to assist the implementation of performance evaluation in hospital pharmacy department.Results： The system can reduce the time of distribution into 3-5 days,present the detail by clear graphs,and preserve the original data so as to achieve the multi-level management of economical incentives.Conclusion： Economic incentives management system in hospital pharmacy was an important part of pharmacy information resources management,which effectively played a role in motivating employees to help improving the quality of pharmaceutical care.
