部队卫生装备试剂耗材供应保障模式研究

目的：研究制订一套科学、合理的部队卫生装备试剂耗材供应保障方案,为部队医疗机构机关科学决策提供依据。方法：考察部队医疗机构现役检验类医疗卫生装备使用情况,采集所用医疗卫生试剂耗材的品种、年消耗量、采购渠道、供应方式与价格等数据信息,并进行跟综统计分析。结果：通过统计分析发现,部队卫生装备试剂耗材现行供应保障方式与卫生装备建设和医学临床检验的需求不相适应,并据此提出了三种供应方案。结论：根据研究实际结果,确定了＂军地结合、优势互补、计划供应、适当储备＂的供应原则,使部队卫生装备试剂耗材的供应保障工作更科学、更合理。

Study on supply and support models of reagents and consumables for military medical equipments

Objective：To study and develop a set of scientific and rational programs on the supply of military medical equipments and reagents and consumables to provide a basis for scientific decision-making.Methods：We conducted the research of military medical institutions on the application of active duty test medical equipments;collect the data of variety,consumption per year,purchasing channels,supply methods and prices on reagents and consumables;and make the comprehensive statistical analysis.Results：Differences and gaps are existing among the current supply and support methods of reagents and consumables,the construction of medical equipments,and the demand of clinical testing.Conclusion：On the basis of the research and study of actual status,practical and effective supply principles with three solutions have been proposed.
