GE OEC8800 C型臂X光机故障排除

目的：解决X光机在启动过程中出现黑屏,硬件启动和软件加载无法完成的问题。方法：根据故障代码和C型臂上显示的信息,分析故障产生的原因,然后逐一检查可能产生问题的硬件和软件。结果：通过以上分析和判断,发现C臂机开机到第5个箭头处停止,为CMOS数据丢失所致。而Drecharge failed错误则是因为蓄电池使用寿命已到期,球管曝光电路供电不稳定所致。结论：COMS错误是导致该机器不能正常启动的常见问题,只需对其进行重新设置即可。而蓄电池报错则为蓄电池已经损坏,需要更换蓄电池。

Troubleshooting of GE OEC8800 C-arm X-ray system

Objective： To solve the problem of the screen goes black and the hardware and software loading can not be completed during the C-arm machine booting. Methods： According to the fault code and the C-arm information, we analyzed failure causes, and then checked for problems of possible hardware and software one by one. Results： Through the above analysis and judgments, we found that the reason of C-arm machine stopped in the fifthe arrow during booting, was due to CMOS data lost. The precharge failed error is because the battery has come to life ,the power supply of tube exposure is unstable. Conclusion： COMS error is a common problem of causing this machine does not boot. The battery error appears mainly because that the battery has been damaged. The battery should be replaced.
