呼吸机质量安全控制探讨

摘    要:目的:通过对呼吸机进行质量控制,加强呼吸机在应用中的风险控制并建立有效地风险监测和预警机制。方法:采用专业的质控设备对呼吸机各项参数进行检测。结果:总体合格率为93.75%,不合格指标中主要是由呼吸机氧气浓度不准所引起。结论:通过对呼吸机各项参数的质量控制和校准,保证了呼吸机在临床使用中的安全性和可靠性,为指导临床使用提供了确切的依据。

Abstract:Objective: Through the quality control work of ventilators, we can master their performance and status, then improve the security and accuracy. Methods: We detected indicators of the ventilator with ALK. Results: 93.2% of ventilators were qualified. The unqualified rate was mainly because of the inaccuracy of oxygen precision. Conclusion: Through the quality control and calibration work of ventilators, we can ensure the safety and reliability of ventilator in the clinical use. It provides exact basis for the guidance of clinical use.
