螺旋CT与MRCP在慢性胆囊炎临床诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨螺旋CT(MSCT)与磁共振胰胆管造影术(MRCP)在慢性胆囊炎临床诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年到2013年的50例经手术病理证实的慢性胆囊炎患者的MSCT、MRCT平扫资料,比较分析螺旋CT和MRCP的诊断结果。结果本组研究慢性胆囊炎患者50例,经螺旋CT确诊37例,确诊率达73.3%;经MRCP确诊44例,确诊率高达88.0%,两组诊断方法诊断率差异的存在具有统计学意义。由此可见磁共振成像的诊断准确率显著高于螺旋CT诊断。结论 MRCP在慢性胆囊炎诊断中比螺旋CT更具有优势,但是在临床上两种方法联合应用对判断慢性胆囊炎的病因十分重要。

Application Value of Spiral CT and MRCP in the Diagnosis of Chronic Cholecystitis

Objective To explore the value of spiral CT (MSCT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRCP) in the diagnosis of chronic cholecystitis.Methods The data of MSCT and MRCT in 50 patients with chronic cholecystitis which confirmed by operation and pathology from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic results of spiral CT and MRCP were compared and analyzed.Results 50 cases of this group of patients with chronic cholecystitis, by spiral CT diagnosis, diagnosed in 37 cases, MSCT on chronic cholecystitis diagnosis rate was 73.3%, the MRCP diagnosis, diagnosis of 44 cases, MRCP on chronic cholecystitis diagnosis rate up to 88%. Thus the diagnostic accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging was significantly higher than that of spiral CT diagnosis, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion MRCP is superior to spiral CT in the diagnosis of chronic cholecystitis, and it is very important to determine the etiology of chronic cholecystitis by the combination of two methods in clinic.
