辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及高敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的 研究辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）的影响.方法 慢性心力衰竭患者160例,根据随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予利尿药、强心剂、血管扩张等常规治疗,在此治疗基础上,观察组加用辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪,观察两组治疗对患者心功能及hs-CRP的影响,并对治疗效果进行评价分析.结果 观察组总有效率为82.50％,显著高于对照组的52.50％（x2=16.4103,P＜0.01）.与治疗前相比,治疗后两组IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP的浓度水平均显著降低（t=12.234、13.342、5.463、8.533、7.896、3.536,均P＜0.05）,且观察组比对照组降低程度更明显（t=4.653、3.976、3.674,均P＜0.05）.结论 辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能有较好的改善作用,并能有效的降低hs-CRP水平,使用方便,值得临床推广应用.

The impact of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To study the effect of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 160 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group and the observation group according to the random number table. Thecontrol group was treated with diuretics,inotropic, vasodilators and other conventional treatment, on the basis of this, the observation group received simvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment. The cardiac function and hs-CRP of the patients were observed,and the treatment effects were evaluated and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.50% ,which was significantly higher than 52.50% of the control group （ X2 = 16. 4103, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Compared with before treatment, IL-6 ,TNF-alpha and hs-CRP levels of two groups after treatment were significantly decreased （ t = 12. 234,13. 342,5. 463,8. 533,7. 896,3. 536, all P 〈 O. 05 ） , and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （ t = 4. 653,3. 976,3. 674, all P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Simvastatin combined with trimetazidine has good effect on the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure, and can effectively reduce the level of hs-CRP ,it is worthy of clinical application.
