胰腺癌和结、直肠癌患者血清肿瘤标志物联检的临床意义

目的:研究糖类抗原CA50、CA19-9、CA242联检对胰腺癌及结、直肠癌患者的临床诊断价值.方法:应用免疫放射分析(IRMA)检测136例胰腺癌及结、直肠癌患者血清CA50、CA19-9、CA242的含量.结果:胰腺癌患者CA50、CA19-9、CA242单检阳性率分别为66.67%、74.07%、81.48%,三项联检阳性率为94.44%.结、直肠癌患者CA50、CA19-9、CA242单检阳性率分别为60.98%、53.66%、42.68%,三项联检阳性率为82.93%.结论:为了早期诊断胰腺癌及结、直肠癌,应联检CA50、CA19-9、CA242三种肿瘤标志物,以提高检出的阳性率.

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Serum Tumor Markers in Patients with Pancreatic Carcinoma and Colorectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the chnical values of serum CA59 ,CA19 -9, CA242 levels determinations in patients with pancreatic carcinoma and colorectal cancer. Methods The serum levels of CA.50, CA19 - 9, CA242 were determined with IRMA in 136 patients with pancreatic carcinoma and colorectal cancer. Results The positive rate of CAS0, CA19 - 9, CA242 in the patients with pancreatic carcinoma was 66.67% ,74.07% ,81.48% respectively. The positive rate of combined detection of CA.50, CA19 -9, CA242 in the patients with pancreatic carcinoma was 94.44%. The positive rate of CA.50, CA19 -9, CA.242 in the patients with colorectal cancer was 60.98%, 53.66%, 42.68% respectively. The positive rate of combined detection of CA.50, CA19 - 9, CA242 in the patients with colorectal cancer was 82.93%. Conclusion Combined detection of CA.50, CA19 - 9, CA.242 can improve the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma and colorectal cancer.
