更昔洛韦对巨细胞病毒感染患儿血中胆红素的影响

目的 探讨更昔洛韦(GCV)控制巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染所致黄疸患儿血中胆红素水平的优越性。方法 分别应用GCV和利巴韦林对30例因CMV感染所致黄疸患儿进行治疗，并监测治疗前后上述患儿血中胆红素水平，以判断二者的不同疗效。结果 GCV可以通过直接控制CMV感染而有效降低患儿血中胆红素水平。利巴韦林对CMV感染所致黄疸患儿血中胆红素水平的控制效果不如GCV疗效明显。结论 GCV是CMV感染所致黄疸患儿有效治疗药物。

Effect of Ganciclovir on the Level of Blood Bilirubin in Cytomegalovirus Infectious Infants

Objective To explore the superior of Ganciclovir in suppressing the blood bilirubin of jaundiced cases infected by cytomegalovirus. Methods In order to compare with the curative effec of Ganciclovir and Ribarvillin ,we treated the 30 jaundiced cases infected by cytomegalovirus with Ganciclovir and Ribarvillin respectively and monitored their levels of blood bilirubin at pretherapy and posttherapy. Results Ganciclovir can efficiently reduce the level of blood bilirubin by directluy suppressing the infection of cytomegalovirus. The curative effect of Ribarvillin is not as good as Ganciclovir. Conclusions Ganciclovir is an effective curative medicine to the cases infected by cytomegalovirus.
